How much does cleaning cost?
Our rates are per cleaning hour, and they vary by service: residential cleaning is $50 per cleaning hour, move-in and move-out cleaning is $55, post-renovation and construction cleaning is $65, and Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning is $40. Carpet cleaning is priced per unit instead: $50 per room, $55 per staircase, and $25 per hallway. The number of hours depends on the size of your space and the service, because different services and different spaces take different amounts of time. You can see your price in about two minutes in our pricing calculator, no phone call required. This is an estimate only. The final price will be based on the time cleaned.
Commercial cleaning is quoted after a free walkthrough of your space, because every business is different. Request a walkthrough and quote and we will build a personalized quote from what we see.
Is the online price the final price?
The price you see in the calculator is built from what you tell us about your space and the service you chose. If your space is very different from what you described, we will talk to you before we start, not after.
Do you require a contract?
No long-term contracts for regular cleaning. We earn the next visit, visit by visit. Commercial schedules are agreed in writing so both sides know the plan, but without lock-in fine print.
Scheduling
Do you book online?
You can request your cleaning online with instant pricing for residential and Airbnb services, and request a walkthrough for commercial spaces. Our team confirms your schedule with you by text or email, and text and email reminders keep every visit on your radar. We do not run an online booking calendar, because we would rather confirm your actual schedule with you than hand you a slot.
How far ahead should I book?
For regular cleaning, a week ahead is usually plenty. For move-out dates in July and August around the Virginia Tech lease cycle, and for Virginia Tech game-day turnovers, book as far ahead as you can. Those calendars fill.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your reminder text or email, or contact us, and we will move your visit. There is no self-service rescheduling online; we confirm changes directly with you.
Products and safety
What products do you use?
Plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning products, safe for families, pets and the environment. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product of your own, tell us and we will use it.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. Every cleaning professional is vetted before they ever enter a customer's home or business, and our work is fully insured.

Roanoke is served directly from our Brambleton / Cave Spring location.
Our cleans
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors, surfaces. A deep clean resets: everything in a regular clean plus baseboards, door frames, grout, appliance interiors, vents, blinds, the detail that regular cleaning reaches around. Most customers start with a deep clean and then hold it with a regular schedule.
